ABOUT

Why Halal ETF Planner exists

If you're a Muslim expat living and working in the Gulf, you've probably run into the same question more than once: where does your savings actually go, and can it grow somewhere that doesn't compromise on Shariah screening?

That question is why this site exists. Halal ETF Planner is a place to think through halal ETF investing calmly, at your own pace — a SIP calculator to see how monthly contributions could add up over time, a curriculum that starts from the basics, and honest notes on the platforms available to GCC residents.

Who it's for

This site is built for GCC-based Muslim expatriates who want to understand halal investing before they act on it — not for day traders, and not for anyone looking for a shortcut to a specific return.

What this site is — and isn't

Halal ETF Planner is educational only. Nothing here is financial, tax, or Shariah advice, and nothing is written to be urgent or persuasive. Shariah compliance for any fund is determined and attributed to that fund's provider — we don't independently certify it. Where we mention a platform we've used, we say so plainly, including any referral relationship.

We're the Halal ETF Planner Team — we keep this site written in one voice rather than under individual bylines, because the content matters more than who wrote it.
